MIPAR's "Local thickness" measurements seem to only be calculated along the skeleton of a segmented region.  This has the effect of weighting longer features and returning strange data for low aspect ratio objects.  I would like to look at local thickness measurements at every pixel to have the effect of area-weighting these measurements.   Does anybody know if this is possible in MIPAR?  It is easy to do in ImageJ but I'd prefer to keep all my stuff in one program.  Thanks :)
