I'm trying to use MIPAR to measure the diameter (distance through the centroid) of an approximate circle at multiple angles (2-5 degree increments). The circle perimeter is rough and has localized areas where erosion has caused material loss. I think that this measurement technique would provide valuable data on the localized material loss by capturing the extent and depth of material loss in specific areas. 

Does anyone have any advice on building a recipe that would measure this data?
